To support our exciting growth plans, we’re currently looking for a professional and enthusiastic Administrator, eager to gain administrative experience within a HR environment, to join our HR team in Redditch.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Working alongside our team of HR Advisors and Administrators, you will be responsible for providing a varied range of administrative tasks to support the smooth running of HR related processes across our company. You will be tasked with managing and maintaining our employee data on our HR systems, assisting with employee on-boarding, undertaking “Right to Work”, security/background and clinical checks for our new starters and providing timely and accurate information to payroll.

Experience, skills and knowledge required for the role

As a small team we collaborate and support each other to deliver our daily activities and are passionate about providing a quality service to our stakeholders. You will possess excellent organisational skills; thriving in a fast paced environment, juggling multiple activities whilst taking pride in the importance of accuracy and identifying new ways of getting things done efficiently.

Also, as a people orientated company, fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) is a must…as is proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
