You are welcome to drop in to attend just one of the talks, or stay for both.
There will be plenty of opportunity to meet the team and find out more about the latest opportunities to join our growing team from 6pm and between the talks. Light refreshments will be provided, and entry is free. All delegates will also receive a CPD certificate after attending the talks.

Men’s Mental Health - ways in which to bring this to the fore within the workplace
Andrew Kinder is Professional Head of Mental Health Services at Optima Health. ‘Positive Male Mind’ is a book that helps to highlight how men can be supported to improve their health and wellbeing. Andrew will talk about why he co-wrote it, what he has learnt from working with men as clients and what further needs to be done to support this potentially ‘hard to help’ group.
All attendees will receive a free signed copy of Andrew’s book.

Fatigue Risk Management Programs - Staying Awake to the Hidden Hazard
Dr Rikard Moen will be joining Optima Health as Chief Medical Officer in October. He is highly regarded for his work in the Occupational Health field, most recently as the CMO at Transport for London covering 27,500 employees prior to joining Optima Health.
Dr Moen is a Consultant Occupational Health Physician with 20 years of extensive experience in corporate occupational health, both in the UK and overseas.
