Following Optima Health’s acquisition of Care First in June 2025, we’re excited to announce the next phase of integration.
On 1 February 2026, Care First will officially rebrand as Optima Health EAP Service.
This rebrand is part of our ongoing commitment to delivering even more comprehensive wellbeing support.

We’re proud of the high standards already embedded in our service delivery, but we never stop looking for ways to do even better. To ensure our Employee Assistance Programme continues to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality support, we’ve recently introduced a few key enhancements:
Advanced staff training focused on proactive risk management
Refined escalation protocols to further strengthen clinical governance
A strategic move toward a predominantly employed staffing model for greater consistency and continuity
These changes are designed to strengthen the safety, effectiveness, and quality of our Employee Assistance Programme.
No disruption to your services
Rest assured, the services you currently receive will remain unchanged. You’ll continue to access EAP support via telephone and live chat, with no interruption to the lifestyle platform or its URL. The only visible change will be refreshed branding across the website and materials.
