Onsite Health Assessment

Building a workplace where wellbeing comes first.

Healthy People, healthy workplaces.

Our health is shaped by so many parts of daily life – from what we eat and how we move to our stress levels, sleep and overall wellbeing. And because we spend so much of our time at work, the workplace plays a major role too.

That’s where Occupational Health makes a real difference. By identifying risks early and offering clear, practical guidance, we help support better health and healthier workplaces.

Regular onsite health assessments are more than a benefit – they’re a foundation for long‑term wellbeing, confidence and peace of mind.

“This assessment saved my life.”

An employee described her health assessment as something that “saved my life” after a routine check picked up a bowel screening result that wouldn’t have been identified through standard NHS screening. She had no symptoms and was below the usual screening age, but early detection meant she received treatment quickly and avoided chemotherapy. She has now been fully discharged by her specialists and remains deeply grateful for the assessment that changed her outcome.

“ The test they did for me changed everything.”

Another employee came to his assessment after being unable to access a PSA test through his GP, despite a family history of prostate cancer. The test carried out during his assessment showed a raised PSA level, leading to a diagnosis and successful treatment soon after. Now in his late forties, he continues to encourage friends and colleagues to get checked and speaks warmly about how the assessment helped him act early.

“ I was at real risk without medication. I feel incredibly lucky.”

One employee discovered significantly high blood pressure during a workplace assessment. The referral prompted immediate GP follow‑up, further tests, and medication. He described feeling “lucky” that the assessment pushed him to seek help, especially as he hadn’t seen a GP in several years. His doctor told him he was at real risk without treatment and he credits the assessment for prompting timely care.
